| 1 | Maryland Development Lotto is a membership lotto and purchasers of ticketsagree to be members of the draw for one year from the date the draw commences. |
| 2 | The Jackpot can be won or shared by matching four numbers from the six numbers drawn in Saturday's National Lottery Main Lotto Jackpot draw excluding the bonus number. Lotto Plus 1 and Plus 2 Numbers are also excluded from the draw. |
| 3 | The Maryland GAA weekly lottery draw will take place each Saturday Night after the main National Lottery Lotto Jackpot Draw at a locationto be decided by the organising committee. |
| 4 | The Numbers Drawn will be indicated in the local press, various places in the locality and on the Club's Website at WWW.MARYLANDGAA.COM |
| 5 | The organising committee reserves the right to regulate the amount of prize money. |
| 6 | The organising committee, Maryland GAA Club and its officers are notliable for any loss, however arising, for tickets not paid for 30 minutes before the commencement of Saturday's main National Lottery Lotto Jackpot draw on RTE. |
| 7 | By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to abide by these rules. |
| 8 | Improperly marked tickets will be deemed void by the committee before thedraw. |
| 9 | Maryland GAA Club will pay out only on winning tickets that have been entered on time in the draw and have not been deemed void |
| 10 | The 4 numbers selected by each member when joining Maryland DevelopmentLotto will remain the same for each weekly draw. However, if any member wishes to alter their chosen 4 numbers at any stage they can do so by contacting their Lotto promoter in advance of each weekly draw. |
| 11 | The decision of the organising committee, Maryland GAA shall be bindingon all matters relating to the draw and the committee may add to or amendthe rules herein from time to time as they deem necessary for the properconduct of the draw. |
